INSPIRE YOUR COMMUNITY
The local community is at the heart of what we do, but without your kindness we could not continue to provide our activities - and make a positive difference in the communities we serve.
As an integral part of your community, you enable us to take children and adults with mental health conditions, physical disability, learning disability, life-limiting illnesses and life-changing conditions on an adventure; an opportunity to express themselves, discover self-confidence, reduce isolation and provide a chance to create special memories with their families.
We are humbled by the generosity of others. Whilst some are complete strangers, others soon become close friends; and just as every one of us is unique, the reason for supporting our charity is often quite unique, too.
Perhaps Adventure Therapy has supported you personally, your family, friends or colleagues or you are simply inspired to make a difference and commit to supporting our charity, whether in volunteering your time or in helping to raise vital funds in other ways.
We really appreciate and value your support. Thank you for helping to create new and emotive experiences - and change lives through adventure.
Here are some suggestions, which you may like to consider:

We all face challenges in life, whether that's by choice or circumstance. Why not challenge yourself and take part in your own adventure, whilst supporting Adventure Therapy along the way. By doing so, you will be helping others to overcome their personal challenges, too.
