Our supporter pledge

You, like all of our generous supporters, are at the heart of achieving our vision. It is only through your kindness that we are able to support children and adults with mental health conditions, physical disabilities, learning disability, life-limiting illnesses or life-changing conditions and enable them to benefit from our service. You help us to make a positive difference in challenging and complex lives - and change lives through adventure.

We are registered as a charity in England and Wales and we have a commitment to providing an exceptional service, behaving professionally and respectfully and using your generous donations wisely and effectively. It's why we want to share our pledge with you:

We will make it clear and easy for you to choose how you would like to hear from us. This  includes how to opt out from future communications. Once a year we will contact you to make sure we have everything correct and we will give you the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to further communications.

If we call you, we will always check that you are happy to speak to us before continuing with the conversation.

We will not share your information with unconnected organisations or charities unless we are required to do so by law. It will be necessary to share your information with our Approved Activity Providers and instructors who, in providing their service to you, require this information for your safety and the safety of those around you, when you take part in an activity through Adventure Therapy.

We will only work with professional fundraising organisations and always adhere to fundraising best practice as laid down by the Fundraising Regulator and Information Commissioners Office.

We will be particularly careful and sensitive when engaging with vulnerable people.

We are always available to answer any queries and provide further information and your feedback is extremely important to us.

Please contact us if you have any questions about our service.
