Communication
We will make it clear and easy for you to choose how you would like to hear from us. This includes how to opt out from future communications. Once a year we will contact you to make sure we have everything correct and we will give you the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to further communications.
If we call you, we will always check that you are happy to speak to us before continuing with the conversation.
Personal information
We will not share your information with unconnected organisations, businesses or charities unless we are required to do so by law.
Please note that it will be necessary to share your information with our associates, including our Approved Activity Providers and instructors who, in providing our service to you, require this information for your safety and the safety of those around you.
Our professional associates also include our registered occupational therapists and psychotherapists and information may be shared with them, if it is beneficial to the support of the individual referred.
A professional approach
We will only work with professional fundraising organisations and always adhere to fundraising best practice as laid down by the Fundraising Regulator and Information Commissioners Office.
We will be particularly careful and sensitive when engaging with vulnerable people.
